Independent Director and Chair of Audit Committee
Former Sr. Portfolio Manager/VP at Northern Trust who led the investment practice in the Fort Worth and West Texas marketplace. Extensive experience with financial markets and investment due diligence. Currently serves as Director of Investments for a large hospital system.
Charles Nelson
Independent Director and Chair of Compensation Committee
Extensive experience in capital markets involved with financing companies in the fintech, healthcare and bio-pharma spaces through private equity and public financing including listings on the Nasdaq and NYSE.
Sylvia Hermina
Independent Director
Has over 20 years of experience advising public companies on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder relations. Former Senior Vice President of Laurel Hill Advisory Group, LLC. Also served as former Managing Director of The Altman Group, Inc. Member of the Society of Corporate Governance & the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). Currently serves as Senior Vice President of Kingsdale Advisors.
